Amends Section 604-7(c) of Hawaii Revised Statutes to clarify when district courts may serve summonses or other writs outside the State.

Expands the statutory references for out-of-state service from sections 634-24 and 634-25 to also include sections 634-34, 634-35, and 634-36.

Allows district courts to serve writs outside Hawaii in accordance with multiple specified sections of the Hawaii Revised Statutes rather than just two sections.

Takes effect upon approval.
