Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 445-112 to limit campaign signs urging voters to support or oppose candidates or issues to one sign per street frontage per candidate or issue.

Allows property owners with more than a specified number of feet in street frontage to place one campaign sign per one thousand lineal feet (exact footage threshold left blank in bill text).

Maintains existing exemption for campaign signs from general outdoor advertising prohibitions while adding new numerical restrictions.

Takes effect upon approval.
