Requires geographic origin labeling to appear only in the trademark or identity statement on the front label panel, unless the coffee is 100% from that origin.

Prohibits using multiple trademarks on a package or trademarks beginning with a geographic origin name unless 100% of the coffee comes from that origin or the trademark includes words indicating a business entity.

Mandates the identity statement font size match or exceed any trademark font size that includes a geographic origin name, with the statement appearing on the front label panel.
