Requires the Department of Health to post electronic copies of inspection reports on its website for adult day health centers, developmental disabilities domiciliary homes, developmentally disabled adult foster homes, long-term care facilities, and special treatment facilities.

Requires the Department of Human Services to post electronic copies of inspection reports on its website for adult day care centers and community care foster family homes.

Reports must be posted within a specified number of days of inspection conclusion and include the inspection date, description of violations, plans of correction with status updates, and other quality and condition information.

Makes inspection reports available to the public free of charge to increase transparency about care facility quality and conditions in Hawaii.

Effective date July 1, 2050 (implementation date for posting reports is January 1, 2012).
