Acquired land would be designated as resource value land (legacy lands) under Chapter 173A, Hawaii Revised Statutes

Bypasses standard acquisition and application provisions in section 173A-5(h) and (i) to expedite the purchase process

Appropriates unspecified amounts from general revenues into the land conservation fund for fiscal years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013

Effective date of July 1, 2011
