Establish a two-year pilot project at Mayor Wright homes to improve resident safety and security from trespassers.

Install surveillance system, upgrade and repair fencing and lighting, and rehabilitate the existing guard post.

Hawaii public housing authority must submit a report on implemented safety measures and findings to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2013 regular session convenes.

Appropriates unspecified general revenues for fiscal years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 to fund the pilot project improvements.

Pilot project terminates on June 30, 2013.
