Prohibits demonstrations at state or county veterans cemeteries unless approved by the county council.

Bans demonstrations within 150 feet of cemetery roads or pathways during the period 60 minutes before to 60 minutes after a funeral, memorial service, or ceremony if the demonstration disturbs the peace or good order of the service.

Prohibits demonstrations within 300 feet of the cemetery entrance if they impede access to or egress from the cemetery during the 60-minute periods before and after scheduled services.

Defines "demonstration" to include picketing, speeches, sound amplification, display of placards or banners (unless part of the service), and distribution of handbills or printed materials.

Violators are guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
