Amends Section 302A-321 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to add a new subsection (g) requiring school complexes to develop and implement college entrance examination preparation courses for standardized college admissions examinations.

Mandates that all students in grades nine through twelve complete college entrance exam preparation courses and obtain credit for completion prior to graduation, effective beginning with the 2012-2013 school year.

Applies to all students in public high schools within school complexes as part of the standards-based curriculum requirements.

Takes effect upon approval.
