Establishes a task force attached to the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism to identify trespass problem areas caused by visitor guide websites and publications promoting access to remote or scenic destinations on private or public lands.

Task force members shall be appointed by the president of the senate and speaker of the house, including representatives from the Hawaii Tourism Authority, Attorney General, Department of Agriculture, Department of Land and Natural Resources, county agencies, farm bureaus, private landowners, and visitor guide publishers.

Task force shall meet in large and small groups to develop findings and recommendations reducing trespass incidents resulting from information published on visitor guide websites and publications.

Legislative reference bureau may assist with compilation and publication of task force findings but shall not provide administrative support.

Task force shall submit its report to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2012.
