Permits county liquor authority investigators in counties with populations of 500,000 or fewer to possess and use electric guns, adding them to the list of authorized law enforcement personnel.

Requires county liquor authorities to purchase electric guns equipped with video recording capabilities that automatically document each use.

Mandates that county liquor authority investigators receive manufacturer-approved training before deploying electric guns and that training can be conducted concurrently with other law enforcement training to reduce costs.

Requires county police departments, the department of public safety, department of land and natural resources, and county liquor authorities to maintain written and video records of every electric gun use and submit annual reports to the legislature.

Takes effect January 7, 2059.
