Creates liability for authors and publishers of visitor websites and guide publications that encourage trespassers onto private property, making them responsible for any injuries or deaths resulting from readers relying on their materials.

Exempts legal owners or occupiers of private land from liability for injuries or deaths of individuals who trespass on their property after being enticed by visitor guides.

Defines "visitor guide publication" as any published book, pamphlet, magazine, or advertisement (in print or electronic form) providing information about destinations or attractions on or accessible through privately owned land.

Defines "visitor guide website" as any commercial website, social media communication, forum, or blog providing information about visitor destinations or attractions on or accessible through privately owned land.

Amends trespass laws to remove the exception allowing entry onto unimproved and apparently unused unenclosed land without notice, and adds new penalties for entering unimproved or unused private lands that are either fenced or posted with "Private Property" or "No Trespassing" signs.
