Expands graffiti removal requirements for convicted offenders to include property within two hundred fifty yards of the offense site, rather than only the damaged property.

Requires removal of nearby graffiti to occur within fourteen days and applies for up to two years from sentencing date, with property owner consent.

Adds safety provision ensuring graffiti removal shall not place the person or public in physical danger nor inconvenience the public.

Allows courts to require one hundred hours of community service in lieu of graffiti removal if the supervising government agency lacks resources to ensure compliance.
