Establishes two new felony offenses: sex trafficking in the first degree (class A felony) for advancing or profiting from prostitution of minors or using force, threats, kidnapping, extortion, false statements, debt bondage, assault, or drugs; and sex trafficking in the second degree (class B felony) for managing prostitution enterprises using such coercive methods.

Creates a complete defense to sex trafficking charges if the defendant was themselves subjected to the coercive methods listed in the statute, protecting trafficking victims from prosecution.

Redesignates existing prostitution promotion offenses by renumbering "promoting prostitution in the second degree" as first degree (class C felony) and "promoting prostitution in the third degree" as second degree (misdemeanor), while repealing the former first degree offense.

Adds sex trafficking offenses to various criminal statutes including witness protection programs, violent crimes, property forfeiture, wiretapping authorization, organized crime definitions, sexual offense registration requirements, and bail eligibility restrictions.

Takes effect July 1, 2050.
