Requires the Department of Public Safety to submit annual reports to the legislature no later than twenty days before each regular session regarding pregnancy data for women in custody.

Reports must include data on abortions performed, miscarriages, full-term pregnancies, types and frequency of pregnancy complications, and frequency of doctor appointments for pregnancy.

Reports may include any other pregnancy-related information the Department of Public Safety determines to be pertinent.

Aims to ensure the State provides adequate health care for pregnant women in Department of Public Safety custody by tracking pregnancy outcomes and medical care.

Takes effect upon approval.
