Changes the deadline for non-qualified party or group candidates for president and vice president to file with the chief election officer from 60 days to 90 days prior to the general election.

Extends the deadline for candidates to withdraw for reasons of ill health from the 20th day to the 50th day prior to an election.

Moves the ballot wording submission deadline from 60 days to 75 calendar days prior to elections.

Changes the nomination paper objection filing deadline from 30 days to 60 days prior to primary or special elections.

Extends the deadline for political parties to file complaints regarding candidate party membership from 30 days to 60 working days prior to election day; effective July 1, 2011.
