Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92F-12(a) to modify disclosure requirements for public records maintained by state agencies.

Removes real property tax information from the list of records that agencies must make available for public inspection and duplication.

Land ownership, transfer, and lien records (including leases of state land) remain subject to public disclosure, but real property tax information is explicitly excluded.

Takes effect upon approval.
