Modifies how fees collected from traffic offense administrative processing costs are allocated between the judiciary computer system special fund and the general fund.

Splits fees from sections 607-4(b)(7), (8), and (9) equally, with 50 percent deposited into the judiciary computer system special fund and 50 percent into the general fund.

Maintains existing requirements that fees from sections 607-4(b)(10) and administrative fees under section 287-3(a) continue to be deposited into the judiciary computer system special fund.

Becomes effective on July 1, 2050.
