Appropriates general revenue funds for fiscal year 2011-2012 to execute a watershed management plan for Lānāihale on the island of Lānai, to be matched by private funds.

Identifies Lānai as having low forest cover and rainfall, with a sustainable aquifer yield of six million gallons per day, where more than 65% of primary aquifer recharge comes from fog drip.

Establishes watershed management priorities including removal of feral ungulates from Lānāihale, control and removal of alien weeds, and protection of native forest.

Directs the Department of Land and Natural Resources to expend the appropriated funds for execution of the watershed management plan.

Takes effect on July 1, 2011.
