Requires the Department of Agriculture to establish a natural farming grant program awarding grants to agricultural producers who implement the Cho global natural farming methodology.

Grants cannot exceed a specified percentage of applicant's total agricultural production costs or a maximum dollar amount per year, with applicants required to submit department-approved applications.

Department may request financial documentation including general excise and income tax returns to verify agricultural production costs claimed by applicants.

Grants awarded under this program are exempted from Chapter 42F requirements, but must comply with standards and conditions specified in the legislation.

Appropriates $500,000 for fiscal year 2011-2012 and $500,000 for fiscal year 2012-2013 to fund the natural farming grant program, effective July 1, 2020.
