Authorizes Hawaii Health Systems Corporation to lease Kula Hospital's medical clinic on Maui to Malama I Ke Ola Health Center (Community Clinic of Maui, Inc.) for 10 years, with options for two additional 5-year renewal terms

Lease includes all equipment, furnishings, and fixtures within the medical clinic at rates to be determined

Malama I Ke Ola Health Center must receive federal funds during the lease term and maintain its status as a federally-qualified health center to qualify for the lease

The health center serves homeless, poor, and underserved populations on Maui, providing services including prenatal care, family planning, pediatric care, oral health, substance abuse treatment, and counseling

Effective date is July 1, 2030
