Requests the Governor to convene a task force to review state-funded prescription drug coverage policies and services under the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund (EUTF).

Task force to examine mandatory mail order service requirements, lack of community pharmacy access, customer service problems for limited and non-English-speaking persons, and related issues affecting EUTF members.

Task force composition includes 12 members: one House representative, one Senate member, Director of Health or designee, Insurance Commissioner or designee, two private service providers, two EUTF members, and four members representing pharmacists and consumers from Kauai, Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii Island counties.

Task force members serve without compensation or expense reimbursement and must submit annual findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2012 Regular Session.

Task force shall cease to exist on May 1, 2012.
