Urges all people of the State of Hawaii to continue following the "Aloha Spirit," defined as the coordination of mind and heart that brings people to think and emote good feelings to others.

Identifies "Aloha" as the essence of relationships where each person is important to every other person for collective existence.

Characterizes the "Spirit of Aloha" as representing people fortified by humility, love, respect, and kindness who unite for the common good despite differing views and voices.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the President of the United States, Hawaii Governor, Director of Human Services, and leaders of various civil rights and community organizations including NAACP, ACLU, Equality Hawaii, and the State House Committee on Hawaiian Affairs.
