Requests the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to fulfill its accounting and reporting responsibilities under Section 5 of Act 178, Session Laws of Hawaii 2006, which requires annual accounting of revenues from public trust lands.

Directs the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to submit a progress report to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2012 Regular Session convenes.

Notes that the Hawaii Public Housing Authority's accounting system was unreliable for several years and the authority had not submitted required revenue reports to the Department of Land and Natural Resources for fiscal years 2006-2007 and 2007-2008.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be sent to the Auditor, Director of Land and Natural Resources, Board of Directors of the Hawaii Public Housing Authority, and Chairperson of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs Board of Trustees.
