Urges the City and County of Honolulu to complete implementation of the Salt Lake District Park Master Plan, which remains incomplete despite being originally developed in the 1980s and updated in 2002.

Requires the City and County of Honolulu to report progress on the master plan implementation to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2012 Regular Session convenes.

Directs transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the Mayor, Director of Parks and Recreation, and Chairperson of the Aliamanu/Salt Lake/Foster Village Neighborhood Board No. 18.

Acknowledges that the master plan includes facilities such as playing fields, gymnasium, swimming pool, and meeting rooms, as well as a proposed walking and biking trail connecting Salt Lake District Park to Ala Puumalu Community Park.
