Notes that area residents have requested the traffic improvement to relieve congestion at this intersection connecting multiple communities and tourist attractions.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Director of Transportation Services of the City and County of Honolulu, State Director of Transportation, Honolulu Police Chief, and the Waipahu Neighborhood Board Chairperson.
