Request the Hawaii Supreme Court Standing Committee on the Rules of Evidence to conduct a study on the implementation of the Hawaii Uniform Collaborative Law Act.

The Uniform Collaborative Law Act provides a framework allowing disputants to voluntarily enter into collaborative law participation agreements to resolve disputes without tribunal intervention.

Committee is requested to report its findings and recommendations to the Legislature by November 1, 2011.

Certified copies of the concurrent resolution are to be transmitted to the Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court.
