Identifies health disparities affecting women, including higher rates of tobacco-related cancers, heart disease, depression, and reproductive health risks among minority women.

Calls for Women's Health Month activities including education workshops, health fairs, lectures, fitness activities, and special events designed to educate the public about women's health issues.

Applauds women who actively participate in promoting healthier lifestyles, disease prevention, and treatment education.

Requires certified copies to be transmitted to the Governor, Director of Health, Director of Human Services, and Executive Director of the Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women.
