Requests the Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources to report to the Legislature by December 15, 2011 on the progress of the Koke'e state park advisory council.

Requires the report to address the advisory council's implementation efforts regarding the Koke'e state park master plan, which was established under Act 223 from the 2008 legislative session.

Directs the report to include the advisory council's recommendations for implementing the Koke'e state park master plan.
