Supports DW Aina Le'a Development LLC's continued buildout of an approved urban development project on the Big Island between Mauna Lani resort and Waikoloa Village on 1,062 acres.

Requires development of at least 385 affordable housing units as mandated by Land Use Commission orders and County of Hawaii zoning ordinance, with affordability determined by the County Office of Housing and Community Development.

Acknowledges developer's prior investment of over $25 million with local vendors and contractors and employment of over 350 local workers during initial development phases.

Directs transmission of certified copies to the Mayor, County Council Chairperson, and Planning Director for the County of Hawaii, and to DW Aina Le'a Development LLC's president.
