Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the U.S. Secretary of State, Peru's Embassy in Washington D.C., Peru's Prime Minister, Peru's Honorary Consul in Hawaii, Hawaii's Governor, and the Hawaii Sister-State Committee Chairperson.
