• Requests detailed statistics on vacant improved lots, homes built, self-help construction awards, undivided interest program awards, and applicants offered homesteads.

• Requires reporting on annual funds expended for lot improvements with infrastructure and funding sources (general, special, trust, federal) broken down by homestead type and construction method.

• Mandates submission of all requested data to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2012 Regular Session.

• Directs transmission of a certified copy to the Chairperson of the Hawaiian Homes Commission.
