Urges the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Host Committee to promote and showcase Hawaii's locally grown agricultural products to conference dignitaries, including papaya, mango, lilikoi, pineapple, Ka'u orange, tropical flowers, and value-added products like jams and confections

Requests the Department of Agriculture to hold a tasting event featuring locally grown products during the APEC conference

Recognizes Hawaii's unique position as the only U.S. state commercially growing certain crops like papaya, cacao, sugar, and coffee due to its climate and soil conditions

Seeks to leverage APEC as an opportunity to brand and differentiate Hawaii's agricultural products in regional and global markets while promoting agri-tourism and diversified agriculture jobs

Directs certified copies to be transmitted to the Governor, APEC Host Committee Chair, Director of Business/Economic Development/Tourism, Board of Agriculture Chair, Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, and Honolulu Mayor
