Requests the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, with input from the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, to examine the feasibility of establishing a Native Hawaiian research, science, and technology park to serve as an incubator and resource center for Native Hawaiian entrepreneurs.

Directs the department to consider establishing a loan program for Native Hawaiian entrepreneurs, issuing revenue bonds for project financing, and entering into long-term leases with Native Hawaiian entrepreneurs for research, science, and technology projects.

Instructs the department to identify and seek assistance from Native Hawaiian business organizations to participate in developing the park and to promote conferences, symposia, seminars, and institutes in research, science, and technology.

Requires the department to identify qualified personnel to administer the Native Hawaiian research, science, and technology park and to report findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than 20 days prior to the 2012 Regular Session.

Funding for the examination is to be provided by the Native Hawaiian Advancement Act.
