Request the State Auditor to perform a financial and management audit of Kealakehe High School to evaluate implementation of Act 51 (Reinventing Education Act of 2004).

Audit should evaluate the effectiveness of the weighted student formula in allocating school funds, the school principal's performance in meeting management responsibilities under Act 51, and any deficiencies in school management practices.

The principal of Kealakehe High School is requested to cooperate fully with the Auditor in conducting the audit.

Auditor must submit results of the audit, including any proposed legislation, to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the Regular Session of 2012.

Certified copies of the resolution must be transmitted to the Auditor, the Board of Education Chairperson, and the Principal of Kealakehe High School.
