Requests that the University of Hawaii require all eating establishments at the University of Hawaii-Manoa campus to accept student meal cards under the University's meal plans.

Notes that students in residence halls are required to purchase meal plans each semester, while apartment residents and off-campus students have the option to participate.

Identifies that the convenience of meal plans is diminished when not all on-campus eating establishments accept meal cards, particularly given the large land area of the Manoa campus.

States that universal acceptance of meal cards by all eating establishments would maximize the value of meal plans and ensure students can conveniently use their plans regardless of which campus facilities they visit.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the President of the University of Hawaii System, the Chancellor of the University of Hawaii-Manoa, and the President of the Associated Students of the University of Hawaii-Manoa.
