Urges the Mayor and City Council of Honolulu to replace all cesspools and septic tanks in Ewa and Honouliuli and connect these communities to the city sewer system.

Notes that Ewa and Honouliuli residents are assessed the same sewer fees as residents connected to the sewer system despite not being connected to a sewer line.

Identifies leaky cesspools and septic tanks as threats to the environment and the health and welfare of residents in these neighborhoods.

Asserts that the lack of an updated sewer system in Ewa and Honouliuli demonstrates social and economic disparity compared to other neighborhoods.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Honolulu Mayor, City Council members, and the Ewa Neighborhood Board.
