Urges the United States Congress and President to support passage of S. 1337, the Filipino Veterans Family Reunification Act of 2009, or similar legislation to expedite family reunification for Filipino World War II veterans.

Acknowledges that nearly 100,000 Filipino soldiers served in the Philippine Commonwealth Army during World War II alongside United States and Allied forces in the Pacific theater.

Notes that the 1946 Rescission Act denied Filipino World War II veterans equal veterans benefits granted to other nations' soldiers, making them the only national group singled out for such discrimination.

Recognizes that 1990 legislation granted immigration and naturalization waivers for Filipino veterans but did not extend benefits to their children, resulting in years of family separation.

Directs transmission of this resolution to the President, Congress members, and relevant federal agencies including the Department of Veterans Affairs and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
