Urges all people of the State of Hawaii to continue following the "Aloha Spirit," defined as the coordination of mind and heart that brings people to think and emote good feelings to others.

Defines "Aloha" as the essence of relationships in which each person is important to every other person for collective existence.

Describes the "Spirit of Aloha" as representing people fortified by humility, love, respect, and kindness who unite for the common good despite different views and voices.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the President of the United States, Hawaii Governor, Director of Human Services, and various civil rights organizations including the NAACP and American Civil Liberties Union of Hawaii.
