Requests that the State Auditor conduct a management and financial audit of the Office of Student Services at the University of Hawaii at Manoa

Directs the Auditor to examine the Office's coordination of educational services, policy development related to student affairs, and assistance with student discrimination claims, academic disputes, and conduct code issues

Requires the Auditor to submit findings and recommendations, including any proposed legislation, to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the start of the Regular Session of 2012

Mandates transmission of certified copies of the resolution to the Auditor, Board of Regents Chairperson, University President, and Dean of Student Services at UH Manoa
