Urges the City and County of Honolulu to complete implementation of the Salt Lake District Park Master Plan, which has remained unfinished since its 2002 update.

Requests the City and County of Honolulu provide a progress report to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2012 Regular Session convenes.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Mayor of Honolulu, the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Chairperson of Aliamanu/Salt Lake/Foster Village Neighborhood Board No. 18.

Notes the Master Plan originally included a walking and biking trail connecting Salt Lake District Park to Ala Puumalu Community Park, with the 2002 update addressing facility deficiencies and proposing new development.
