Urges the City and County of Honolulu's Department of Transportation Services to construct a crosswalk on upper Aiki Street along Kupuna Loop in Village Park.

Cites Hawaii's fourth highest pedestrian fatality rate per capita in the United States, averaging 28 fatalities and 560 injuries annually.

Notes that Village Park residents, including many young and elderly pedestrians, have requested a visible crosswalk to safely cross the busy roadway on Aiki Street and Kupuna Loop.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Director of Transportation Services, Director of Transportation, Chief of Police of the Honolulu Police Department, and Chairperson of the Waipahu Neighborhood Board.
