Requests the Hawaii Supreme Court Standing Committee on the Rules of Evidence to study and report on the implementation of the Hawaii Uniform Collaborative Law Act.

The Uniform Collaborative Law Act provides a framework allowing disputants to voluntarily enter into collaborative law participation agreements to resolve disputes without tribunal intervention.

Requires the Standing Committee to submit its findings and recommendations to the Legislature by November 1, 2011.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chief Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court.
