Strongly urges the Hawaii House of Representatives to post all amendments to bills and resolutions online immediately when hard copies are distributed at committee hearings.

Requires proposed amendments or amended legislation prepared before a hearing to be posted online before the hearing occurs so the public has opportunity to review and comment.

Directs that hardcopies of proposed amendments or amended legislation distributed at public hearings be posted online immediately following the conclusion of the hearing.

Establishes that certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Speaker of the House and the leaders and floor leaders of the House Majority and Minority Caucuses.
