Requests the Department of Agriculture to hold a tasting event featuring locally grown products during the APEC conference.

Identifies specific Hawaii products for promotion including papaya, mango, lilikoi, pineapple, Ka'u orange, tropical flowers, foliage, and value-added products like confections, jams, and jellies.

Emphasizes Hawaii's unique geographic position between Asia and the continental United States and its ability to commercially grow crops like papaya, cacao, sugar, and coffee.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Governor, APEC Host Committee Chairperson, Director of Business Economic Development and Tourism, Board of Agriculture Chairperson, Hawaii Chamber of Commerce CEO, and Honolulu Mayor.
