Requests the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to contract a long-term agricultural technician for the island of Molokai to support native Hawaiian lessees.

Technician duties include instructing lessees on diversified farming and stock raising methods, and preparing educational materials on standard agricultural procedures and practices.

Technician would collect samples from crops, soil, and animals for testing and prepare research findings and results where testing resources are available.

Resolution references the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act of 1920, which set aside approximately 200,000 acres of land for rehabilitation of native Hawaiians through land stewardship.

Requires transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Chairperson of the Hawaiian Homes Commission.
