Request the State Auditor to perform a financial and management audit of the Department of Education's EDN-150 and related services.

Audit should examine the organization and management of the Department, particularly regarding personnel structure and effectiveness.

Audit should review fiscal operations with focus on spending practices and accountability mechanisms.

Auditor must submit findings and recommendations to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2012 Regular Session convenes.

Certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Auditor, Board of Education Chairperson, and Superintendent of Education.
