Commends Jalee Fuselier, Miss Hawaii 2010, for representing the state as 2nd runner-up in the Miss America pageant and for her community service work including earning a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and founding Ready for the Real World, a non-profit offering scholarships and grants to students.

Recognizes Carly Button and Natalie Mohr as 2011 Hawaii State Honorees of the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards, the nation's largest youth recognition program for volunteer service, with each recipient receiving a silver medallion and $1,000 scholarship plus a trip to Washington D.C.

Honors Carly Button, an 8th grader at Hawaii Technology Academy, for co-founding "Dream of a Better World," raising over $35,000 to provide orphanage support, backpacks for homeless children, and care for HIV positive youth in Africa.

Honors Natalie Mohr, a Kealakehe High School senior, for volunteering over 2,700 hours at Hawaii's only nationally accredited animal sanctuary, caring for injured animals and leading educational and community outreach programs.

Recognizes Richel Marie Cole and Kyle Nakatsuka as 2011 Hawaii State Distinguished Finalists, receiving bronze medals for co-founding the YWCA youth network and founding Kalihi Valley Instructional Bike Exchange, respectively.
