Honors Gladys "Glady" Burrill of Prospect, Oregon (born November 23, 1918) for becoming the oldest woman in the world to complete a marathon at age 92.

Burrill completed the 2010 Honolulu Marathon on December 12th in 9 hours, 53 minutes, and 16 seconds, after previously completing the marathon in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007.

Her achievement has been recognized by the World Records Academy, USA Track and Field, and will be recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Commends Burrill for her lifelong healthy lifestyle, business accomplishments, and community contributions, including piloting airplanes, hiking, and climbing Mount Hood.

Extends best wishes and aloha from the Hawaii House of Representatives for her future endeavors, including potential participation in future Honolulu marathons.
