Derek S.K. Kawakami, appointed to fill the vacancy left by Hermina M. Morita's resignation from the Fourteenth Representative District, shall serve as Vice Chair of the Energy & Environmental Protection Committee and member of the Finance, Housing, and Water, Land, & Ocean Resources Committees.

Denny Coffman shall become Chair of the Energy & Environmental Protection Committee and member of the Consumer Protection & Commerce and Judiciary Committees, relinquishing the Vice Chair position and Finance Committee membership while retaining Housing and Water, Land, & Ocean Resources Committee positions.

All other House of Representatives committee assignments from H.R. No. 6 remain unchanged, with Hermina M. Morita's name removed from all references.
