• Acknowledges and recognizes the Majority Leader (Blake K. Oshiro), Majority Floor Leader (Cindy Evans), and five Majority Whips elected by the majority caucus of the Twenty-sixth Legislature

• Acknowledges and recognizes the Minority Leader (Gene Ward), Minority Floor Leader (Kymberly Marcos Pine), Assistant Minority Leader (Cynthia Thielen), Assistant Minority Floor Leader (Corinne W.L. Ching), Minority Policy Leader (Barbara C. Marumoto), and three Minority Whips elected by the minority caucus

• Establishes thirteen standing committees with designated chairs and vice chairs across education, fiscal management, justice, legislative management, human services, physical resources, government resources and public safety, and economic development

• Specifies membership rosters for each standing committee, ranging from 7 to 15 members per committee

• Provides that members called to active military duty and deployed shall not be considered members of their standing committees during the period of unavailability
